1) Spanish tuition time conversion policy
In the event that the school is unable to deliver the full number of group tuition hours in a given week, the student will be delivered private lessons as a substitute, at the following ratio:
2 hours of group tuition = 1 hour of private tuition
2) Intensive Spanish group course – Restrictions and alternative proposal
Intensive Spanish courses are subject to group level and teacher availability. In the event that the school is unable to deliver the full number of tuition hours in a given week, the school guarantees the provision of a combination of:
- Standard Spanish group course (11 hours and 15 minutes per week), plus
- Teacher-guided self-work sessions (4 hours and 30 minutes per week)
In this case, the school will only charge for the Standard Spanish group course, and the Spanish self-work sessions will be provided free of charge.
